Planning & Building Control Advice
Planning Advice and applications:
Outline, full or reserved matters applications can be lengthy and confusing process. I can advise and liaise on your behalf with local authorities to monitor and address issues and they arise. Keeping you informed all along the way.
Builiding Control:
Preparation of working drawing packages that both will satisfy the local building inspectors, monitor building control applications as well as liasion with local building companies to give you competitive and quality workmanship
Architectural tutoring
Now you're at University and studying architecture and the prospect of standing in front of your peers and tutors seems overwhelming... Have I got this idea right? Maybe a fresh set of eyes can guide you in the right direction.
I understand this scenario from both sides of being a student once myself and as a design tutor at QUB, all architects have to go through "the Crit' at some time in their studies.
